Your mission
Responsibilities
Active Recruitment: Drive the full hiring pipeline as a talent partner. This includes collaborating with leadership to define role profiles, strategically sourcing talent on LinkedIn, conducting cultural and competency interviews, and aligning with hiring managers to secure top-tier candidates efficiently.
Performance Management: Champion the organizational performance and review processes. You will partner with managers to ensure high-quality evaluations, guide them through documenting performance improvement plans, and consult on tracking employee development against business goals.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the strategic "first day" experience and lifecycle transitions. Ensure new hires in Portugal, Brazil, and Malta are culturally integrated and equipped for success, while managing offboarding processes to capture valuable feedback and ensure smooth transitions.
HR Administration & Compliance: Oversee the compliance framework for our global workforce. You will ensure employment agreements and local labor standards across Portugal and Malta align with company policy, while utilizing our HRIS to maintain data integrity for strategic decision-making.
Payroll Coordination: Serve as the strategic liaison for regional compensation and benefits. You will oversee the delivery of accurate monthly data to payroll providers and ensure the competitive execution of our localized benefits packages (such as gym and health insurance).
Workspace Management: Oversee the strategy and standards for our co-working hubs in Lisbon and Malta, ensuring our physical environments reflect our company culture and support local team collaboration.
