SEO Content Coordinator (ENG)

Your mission

Odds Scanner is looking for an English-speaking SEO Content Coordinator to join our full-time remote team focused on the sports betting industry.

In this role, you’ll run experiments and test different strategies and executions. Not every attempt will succeed, but we’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, comfortable with uncertainty, and able to deliver on short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee SEO content strategy implementation and provide tactical support to EN content team leads (Editorial, Content Management, Content Ops);
Create training assets along with senior team members to improve technical and interpersonal skills for operational-level team members;
Coordinate sprints to achieve short-term objectives and milestones;
Manage resources efficiently to allow the department to accomplish business goals under the available budget for EN markets;
Collaborate with Head of SEO on creating growth plans, aligning which resources and assets are required for continuous growth;
Identify new tools and processes to improve department effectiveness continuously;
Work with other teams when necessary to execute any initiative relevant to organic search performance;
Provide assistance on hiring initiatives to support team growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of SEO experience, preferably content-focused;
At least 2 years of experience in managing a content team;
Past sports betting/iGaming background preferred;
Excellent organizational capacity to manage multiple projects;
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Ability to work efficiently while being fully remote.
