Compliance Specialist

Your mission
As a Compliance Specialist at Odds Scanner Group, you will play a key role in ensuring that our global operations are compliant, efficient, and legally sound. You will manage and refine employee and commercial contract processes, oversee onboarding documentation, handle essential administrative tasks, and maintain compliance with regulatory and banking requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will help protect the company’s legal integrity and support smooth business operations worldwide.
Responsibilities
  • Review, update, and maintain employment contract templates and records.
  • Ensure contracts meet applicable labor standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation for new hires, including region-specific requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure they align with company standards and local compliance needs.
  • Review and refine commercial contract templates so they remain consistent with business practices and compliance guidelines.
  • Support day-to-day office operations through general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with company shareholders on key compliance and administrative updates.
  • Carry out and oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with banking requirements and manage relationships with financial institutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in a similar compliance or administrative role;

  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);

  • Additional languages are considered a strong plus;

  • Knowledge of G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive) and general digital tools;

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work across multiple jurisdictions;

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
