Senior Operations Specialist

Your mission
At Odds Scanner Group, we are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Portugal.

As part of the Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and scaling our delivery capabilities. Working closely with leadership and multiple teams, you’ll take ownership of process optimisation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires residency in Portugal or a willingness to relocate.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes to drive greater operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for all processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure company-wide clarity and consistency.
  • Partner with other departments to advise, support, and align operational practices with strategic business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and team performance.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of projects and initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, Kaizen) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, or a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven or digital agency environment.
  • Strong ability to design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Portuguese language is nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience with task management platforms (Jira, ClickUp, Monday), documentation tools (Confluence, Google Docs), and data visualisation/reporting tools (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and department leaders to ensure operational alignment with strategic business goals.
