Junior Accountant

Your mission

Odds Scanner is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Malta, on a full-time basis.

If you are seeking an opportunity to kickstart your career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team by maintaining organized records, handling queries, and assisting with invoice processing. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

Upload invoices into the system
Capture invoice information on the system
Ensure that our company information appears correctly on invoices
Follow up with suppliers on invoices and statements
Related tasks as requested by the Accounts Payable manager

Requirements

A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Must be already located in Malta;
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (nice to have);
