Your mission
Join our dynamic marketing team in the iGaming industry as a Google Ads Manager. You will develop and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns to drive First Time Deposits (FTDs) for our partners, optimizing performance and leveraging data-driven insights. Responsibilities
  • Manage the PPC team, overseeing strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Develop and implement Google Ads strategies tailored to drive First Time Deposits (FTDs) for partners in the iGaming industry;
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube, to maximize visibility and engagement;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, to ensure effective FTD generation;
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective combinations for driving FTDs;
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure the impact of campaigns on FTDs and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals that resonate with the target audience;
  • Manage and optimize budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve FTD goals;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or account management promptly;
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the iGaming or affiliate marketing sectors;
  • Proven experience leading PPC teams and managing paid advertising strategies at scale;
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and YouTube advertising;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive campaign optimization;
  • Ability to conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis;
  • Experience with A/B testing and ad creative optimization;
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking) to measure campaign effectiveness;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations in the iGaming industry.
