Senior Software Engineer

Your mission

Are you an experienced software and data engineer looking to make a significant impact?
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enhance our core systems, data integrations, and backend operations. Reporting to the Lead Software Engineer, you’ll drive data solutions that power our digital ecosystem.
Your expertise will ensure our data infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and efficient, enabling us to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all data sources and platforms.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration, system performance, and backend development.
Develop and optimize backend systems that support our websites and applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements.
Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python, Java, or PHP, and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and data engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in data engineering, including data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
