Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Create and execute plans that aim to maximize the company's branding goals.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality content including press releases, media pitches, articles, blog posts, and social media updates.

Brand Comms: Alignment of brand messages across different platforms.

Event Planning: Organize and manage press events, product launches, and other promotional activities.

Results Analysis: Reporting on the results of the campaigns and the communication

Lead Corporate Brand: Leading with documentation and development of Odds Scanner Group’s brand externally and internally.

Shareholder Reporting: Collaborate on shareholder relations and reporting throughout the year.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field. 

Experience in managing media relations and working with PR agencies is highly desirable.

Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for various audiences and media formats.

Fluent or native command of the Portuguese language (mandatory). 

Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional, digital, and social media platforms. Ability to build and maintain media relationships and effectively pitch stories.

Demonstrated experience in managing crisis communications and mitigating potential risks to the organisation’s reputation.

Ability to develop and implement strategic PR plans that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives. Experience in content creation and storytelling.

Ability to analyse PR and communications metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with PR software, media monitoring tools, and digital analytics platforms.
