CRM Specialist

Your mission
Your role will be crucial in making sure our systems are efficient and up-to-date, helping us maintain a strong connection with our customers.

Your job will also involve designing marketing campaigns and communication strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty, and overall value. You'll focus on creating targeted initiatives that resonate with our customers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

Additionally, you will develop and implement CRM strategies that support our business objectives. Leading cross-functional teams, you'll ensure customer engagement is consistent and impactful across all digital platforms. This role is vital for integrating our efforts into a unified strategy that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.


Responsibilities
  • Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, and feedback to tailor customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Utilise analytics to generate insights and make data-driven decisions that support CRM  objectives.

  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.

  • Plan and execute A/B testing to refine CRM tactics.

  • Work closely with other departments to integrate CRM strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Assisting with content localization and the execution of promotional materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of CRM strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth targets.

  • Collaborating with Customer Support to identify opportunities for development

Requirements
  • At least 2 years in CRM, customer engagement, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and customer data analytics.

  • Expertise in customer segmentation and database management.

  • Proficiency in engagement analytics and communication channel optimization.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and iGaming (mandatory)

  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory)

  • Interest and experience working with AI tools

  • Basic HTML knowledge
